Italian Staff and Ingredients:
La Scala’s kitchen staff is composed of Italian chefs and they are passionate about using local, fresh and Italian ingredients.
We keep a tight eye on our suppliers to make sure that every piece of fish, piece of meat, and piece of vegetable is of the finest quality and delivered fresh almost every day.
The main 3 ingredients of our pizzas are imported from Italy (mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce and the flour)

Fresh Desserts:
A team member at our restaurant makes almost everyday our well known traditional Italian Tiramisu from scratch, with fresh ingredients, following step by step the traditional recipe.
You can find it in our “Desserts Menu”, where there are also other delicious desserts that are waiting for you.

Homemade Italian Pizza dough:
Our Italian pizza chef makes homemade dough for our garlic breads, calzoni and pizzas. La Scala doesn’t compromise on the quality of the ingredients, all pizzas and calzoni are made with fresh meat, vegetables or fish.
We also created our revolutionary pizza called “Pizza La Scala”, composed with a margherita base, our special caramel onions, goat cheese and tasty slices of Prosciutto di Parma (parmaham). You can find our signature pizza in the “main menu”.

Vegan, Gluten free, Lactose free, allergies:
Food allergies, intolerances, and dietary preferences can all be accommodated.
We can accommodate for you many dishes lactose free and gluten free, including pastas, we have options for vegans as well. You can also have your gluten free pizza or garlic bread. For any food allergy or special dietary, just speak with our staff, we will surely happy to respect your preferences.
